Outside there is a rear walled courtyard with lilac trees and climbing roses, garden furniture,table tennis, stone patio with dining furniture and barbeque. There is also a good selection of children's toys, paddling pool and tennis rackets. Bikes available for use.

New for 2008 a luxury 1300 litre 25 jet jacuzzi comfortably seating 4 people and a private open air mezannine lounge with sound system.
